The “Save a Gaza Family” project aims to provide immediate relief and long-term support to families impacted by the conflict in Gaza. By offering urgent financial aid, gathering essential background information, collaborating with other entities, and planning for post-war rehabilitation, this project strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected. Through the support of donors and partners, we hope to alleviate suffering, restore hope, and contribute to the rebuilding of Gaza’s communities.
OBJECTIVES
- To provide immediate financial aid of RM500 per family to alleviate their immediate hardships.
- To collect comprehensive background information on each family for ongoing support and monitoring.
- To collaborate with other humanitarian organizations and entities to enhance the aid provided.
- To develop a plan for post-war rehabilitation and reconstruction efforts.
Project Execution
Iniative 1 – Immediate Humanitarian Aid
- Identification of affected families through local partners and community leaders.
- Distribution of RM500 to each family to address their immediate sustenance needs.
- Documenting the distribution process and collecting initial family information
Initiative 2 – Background Information Gathering
- Conducting interviews and surveys to gather comprehensive information
about each family. - Information to include family size, health conditions, educational needs,
and specific challenges faced. - Establishing a database for efficient future aid distribution and long-term
support.
Initiative 3 – Collaboration with Other Entities
- Partnering with local and international humanitarian organizations to
enhance support services. - Providing access to medical care, educational opportunities, and
vocational training programs. - Exploring avenues for mental health support and trauma counseling.
Iniative 4 – Post-War Rehabilitation
- Developing a comprehensive plan for post-war rehabilitation and
reconstruction. - Identifying damaged homes and infrastructure for rebuilding.
- Offering skill development and job placement programs for affected
individuals. - Ensuring access to clean water, electricity, and healthcare services.
